Leadership Roundtable, Looking Back, Racing Ahead

Published on Jun 12, 2013

As CHOW 2013 draws to a close, our leadership roundtable will feature an interactive discussion among visionaries in the policy, business, and media communities designed to challenge our thinking about the future of our ocean nation.

For the past decade, the United States' ocean agenda has been driven by two influential reports on marine policy, and CHOW 2013 seeks to explore how we can build on our progress to date and engage in new efforts to create a better future for coastal communities and the nation at large. This discussion provides policymakers, business leaders, academics, and concerned citizens with valuable insights into the trends, major changes, and recurring themes of US ocean policy -- and what the past ten years may tell us about the next decade.
